Cedar has partnered with Vendor Information Verification Experts (VIVE) to facilitate vendor assessments and certification, particularly in the field of community management.

What’s required for registration?

Through our partnership with VIVE, Cedar reviews the following qualifications from vendors:

  • Corporate Information
  • Trade Information
  • Submission of Trade License/Certificate
  • Insurance Information
  • Completion of a Vendor Agreement
  • Annual Fee

A Compliance Specialist personally reviews all documents and qualifications to ensure an efficient and thorough process.

What information is required?

The registration process requires you to provide basic information about your company, trade and licensing information, and the contact details of your insurance agency. You will also need to complete a Vendor Agreement and W-9 form.

After registration, VIVE will review your compliance information. During this process, you may be required to give additional information or answer questions from our customer service team. VIVE will only get in touch with you for additional information if there are no other options available.

How does this benefit vendors?

Registering and obtaining approval with VIVE offers you the advantage of maintaining your business relationship with our shared client/s. Furthermore, VIVE’s approval grants you access to upcoming bidding prospects, increased client exposure, and eligibility for VIVE’s Vendor Savings Program.

Why am I being asked to register as a vendor?

You are being asked to register because a mutual client has enlisted VIVE to manage their vendor compliance program. Your business has been recognized as a vendor that has recently engaged with this mutual client. We appreciate your cooperation in the registration and compliance process, as this will ensure continued collaboration with our mutual client.

Is approval guaranteed?

There is no guarantee that you will receive approval. However, we ensure full transparency by disclosing all the requirements. If a vendor has trouble securing approval, you may ask for assistance through VIVE’s customer service team via phone or online chat.
