I am often asked by prospective clients as well as friends and family the question, “What makes Cedar different?” My answer is always the same at Cedar, we have the most honest, hard-working and certified staff as you will find anywhere in the western North Carolina region. Just under 1/3rd or 10 staff members in various management positions in the company who have earned their CMCA and/or AMS certifications through CAI (www.caionline.org). With several more staff members with their applications submitted and waiting confirmation we will have over 15 certified staff within the next few months. This certification & designation process is the “national standard” for community management professionals and represents a large commitment in time, energy and financial resources on behalf of our company and our dedicated staff. As a firm we feel this is a critical component of our success as it demands excellence from the top, all the way down to the bottom of our organization and benefits each and every homeowner in the Cedar family.
