If you need to submit a maintenance request the best way to do so is to log into your portal account.
If this is a maintenance emergency please do not fill out the form but call 704-644-8808
To submit a maintenance request, start by logging into the portal. After you login, on the left-hand side find the “My Items” link.
Select the “General Request” radial and then you can proceed to fill out the form. Make sure to select “Service Request” in the drop down menu within the form.

To see the status of your Maintenance Request, you can log into the Portal and on the left hand side you will see “Requests”. Click that, then on the next pge on the top left, select “My Items” to see the status on all your open requests.
For gate concerns such as, code requests, visitor passes, replacement card requests, etc, please follow the instructions on this page.
If this is an urgent gate issue (you’re unable to access your community, the gate is broken, etc) please email gates@mycmg.com with URGENT in your subject line. Or call us at 704-644-8808 and select “Maintenance Emergency”.
An ongoing leak, a tree blocking the road, an issue that is affecting the entire community or a matter that needs immediate attention is considered an urgent maintenance request.
You can email the inspection report to Maintenance@mycmg.com or you can submit a SR for each issue and it will take at least 12-14 days for it to be approved or denied
