Like all businesses these days we have been following the state and federal guidelines to ensure the safety of our employees and clients, while also providing the best level of service possible during these difficult times.
In response to the upcoming restriction changes for North Carolina, we are pleased to announce that we will be reopening our offices in a phased approach beginning next week. Our lobbies at both our 9500 Statesville Road and 205 Regency Executive Park Drive will be open to owners beginning Monday, May 11th. Owners will be able to drop off payments, speak with customer service, and receive assistance on other types of requests. This is the first of several phases that we will be implementing as we work towards getting back to business as usual.
Future phases will include resuming board meetings, community meetings, and appointments with managers at our office. We will communicate the effective dates of the future phases as soon as we have them.
Although our doors will be open, we would still like to encourage owners to continue to submit email requests and utilize our many online tools as much as possible as many of our dedicated employees will continue to work remotely in order to promote the continued social distancing as advised by the CDC and other health professionals.
We have also been receiving a lot of questions regarding community pools. We understand there are many questions regarding the opening date for pools, and at this time, that remains unknown as we await further instruction from state and local governments. Your specific pool opening will be dependent on a variety of factors surrounding availability of pool staff (life guards, monitors, etc.) as well as guidelines from local governments that have not yet been published, and availability of other resources. We will update our communities as soon as possible as new information becomes available.
