A community in North Carolina has received the CAI Seal of Distinction, a prestigious award recognizing excellent self-governance. An awards ceremony is set to take place in August 2024.
NC Association Gets CAI Seal of Distinction
Waterford Master Residential Association’s Board of Directors proudly revealed that the Community Association Institute of North Carolina (CAI-NC) has bestowed its esteemed CAI Seal of Distinction upon Waterford Residential Community in Leland for the 2024-2025 period. This accolade reaffirms the community’s commitment to exemplary standards in community management, honoring its self-governance over 1,010 homes.
The CAI-NC chapter previously recognized the Waterford Residential Community as a Community of Excellence in both 2017 and 2019. Now, it stands with a distinguished award once more. Amidst the restructuring of the recognition program as a result of the pandemic, Waterford emerged as the sole recipient in Brunswick County. It is one of just two communities in the wider Wilmington metro area to receive this coveted award.
Congratulations are in order for the community’s Board of Directors, management company (CEPCO), and residents.
