The best way to view your statement or to look at your balance is to log into the portal and check the Billing section.

Log into the portal and on the left hand side you will see the “Payments” link.

After you click that you will be taken to the “Payments” section of the website where you can see your current and past statements.

What are my Dues?

HOA Dues are what you owe to your homeowners association. You can find out what your Community dues are by: 1) Looking at a statement, 2) Logging into the Portal and looking at your statement 3) Chatting us, and asking! We’d be happy to help!

By logging into the Portal then clicking on “Billing”.

What is my Balance?

You can check your balance,  prior statements, and special assessments by logging into the Portal and viewing your statement. Just click on “Billing” on the left hand side.

Why do I have late fees?

Payments received after the grace period are subject to late fees. You may email accounting@mycmg.com for further assistance.

How can I get my late fees removed?

Late fee removal is subject to Board approval. Please log into the Portal and then go to “My Items” > “Submit a Request” > then “General Request”. Fill out the form but select “Billing Question” from the form’s drop down menu.

What is ACH?

Cedar Management Group offers the convenience of Automatic Direct Draft for your Association assessments through Alliance Association Bank. The Automatic Direct Draft deducts your homeowners’ association assessments directly from your bank account. Who do I contact if my account is with the law office?

If your account is with the law office, Cedar Management CAN NOT speak with you concerning any type of balance questions. There may be other charges added from the law office that we do not know about. You must contact the law office that sends you a letter. If you feel you have been sent incorrectly, please email legal@mycmg.com and let them know why and we can research.
