Just under 1/3 or 10 of our staff members in various management positions within the company have earned their Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and/or Association Management Specialist (AMS) certifications through the Community Associations Institute (CAI). With several more staff members with their applications submitted and waiting for confirmation, we will have over 15 certified staff within the next few months.
The certification & designation process is the “national standard” for community management professionals and it represents a large commitment in time, energy, and financial resources on behalf of our company and our dedicated staff.
