Please fill out the form to request a pool key/card/fob for your community. Please note that there may be fees associated with your request. These can be paid by check or money order. Some communities also require your acknowledgement of the pool rules and guidelines prior to receiving pool access. Please visit the web portal at web.mycmg.com for your community’s pool rules and associated fees. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response to your request

How do I get a new pool key?

To request your pool key please complete the web form on this page. This will be sent directly to our Pool Team who will be able to advise of the next steps needed. Please note that there may be a fee associated with your request.

What do I do if my access key is not working at the pool?

If your pool key is not working, please email pool@mycmg.com with your community name, your address, the number on your access device and the last time you scanned the device to try to access the pool.

What do I do if Im having Gate Fob/Remote issues?

If your gate remote is not working, please email Pool@mycmg.com with the remote number, your community name and your property address.

If your community gate is in need of repair, please contact maintenance@mycmg.com with your community name and any details on the gate’s condition.

What are my pool hours?

Many communities send out emails to the community at the beginning of the summer listing the pool hours, if you did not receive one or have further questions, please email Pool@mycmg.com for more information.

How do I access my pool?

Most pools are accessed using a key or access fob. If you are in need of further details please email pool@mycmg.com.

How do I pay for my new key?

Once our Pool Team has been emailed with the new key request, we will provide you with the payment options for your specific community. For any forms of payment that can be mailed, please use the mailing address below. Any checks or money orders should be made out to your community.
