What is ACH?
Cedar Management Group offers the convenience of Automatic Direct Draft for your Association assessments. The Automatic Direct Draft deducts your homeowners’ association assessments directly from your bank account. This eliminates the need for you to write checks and you never have to worry about late fees. You can cancel this service at any time by emailing ACH@mycmg.com
I am on ACH but my dues have not been taken out of my account.
ACH Draft takes place between the 5th and the 10th of the billing cycle, depending on weekends, holidays or other circumstances. Please note that your funds must be available on the 5th day of the month. Everyone using the ACH draft in your Association is drafted at one time as a batch. We are unable to draft individual accounts on specific days. For further assistance, please email ACH@mycmg.com.
Who do I contact if my account is with the law office?
If your account is with the law office, Cedar Management CAN NOT speak with you concerning any type of balance questions. There may be other charges added from the law office that we do not know about. You must contact the law office that sends you a letter. If you feel you have been sent incorrectly, please email email@example.com and let them know why and we can research.
